In August I released my Holiday Latte Mugs Rugs pattern, which featured two seasonal mug rugs. That two-for-one pattern offered an autumn version (pumpkin) and a Christmas version (tree). The Holiday Latte Mug Rugs pattern was a hit, and many of you reached out requesting patterns for other occasions. So, today I’m happy to release the Lovely Latte Mug Rugs pattern.
Once again, the pattern includes instructions for two styles. You can whip up the heart mug rug and give it to your favorite Valentine! It would make such a nice gift, along with some chocolates!
Or stitch up the flower mug rug as a spring or summer pick-me-up! I fully intended to do a scrappy checkerboard section on this mug rug as well, but my heart told me to stick to two alternating fabrics. When I was done, I added a cute little button.
Each mug rug finishes at 10 ½” x 6 ½”. Small projects like this are so much fun. I enjoy raiding my stash for just the right fabric morsels, and I also appreciate being able to quilt it myself!

Love them! Just ordered the pattern. I bought myself some lovely mugs for Christmas and either of these would be perfect. Or both! I love to have tea and a little snack when I get the chance to just sit and read under a cozy quilt.
